Trash & Recycling: Trash goes out Tuesday after 5 PM for the morning pickup on Wednesday.  Please place trash & recycle bins back into your garage by midnight Wednesday. If you have bulk items (furniture or other large items) you MUST call the trash company at 610-313-9710. Please provide them with your name, community, your address and they will schedule your bulk pickup. Make sure that your recyclables, newspapers, cardboard, etc. are properly secured so that they do not blow throughout the community.

Parking in the community: Please remember that only parallel parking is allowed in the circle(s). Please do not park in the area of the Fire Hydrants. It is marked no parking.

Dog Waste: All dog waste must IMMEDIATELY be picked up and stored in your household waste containers. Do NOT leave baggies on the curbs, trash pickup areas, or elsewhere in the common areas. Please remember that all dogs must have a Pennsylvania dog license and must be leashed when outside.

Children’s Safety: The speed limit throughout Springfield Manor is 15 mph. Please be especially mindful of children and pets. Please ensure your children are not playing in the parking lot near the retention basin.

Landscaping: Landscaping in the front of your homes must be regularly maintained by you the homeowner, including weeding and removing dead shrubs and replacing them. The HOA landscapers will trim the shrubs twice, once mid-summer and again in the fall. Mulching and edging will also be performed in the spring.

Weather events: When snow falls, your sidewalks & driveways, at your home, MUST be shoveled to maintain snow and ice-free walkways. This is a township ordinance. The common areas will be maintained by the contractor hired by the HOA. Also, remove your vehicles from the streets so that the contractors or township can plow the roads clear.
